Puzzle sets are produced with 2 to 1,500 pieces, in formats from A7 to A1.
Materials used in puzzle production:
- Base: 1.25-2.25 mm thick binding cardboard, laminated with 130 g/m² coated paper with full-color printing.
- base: 3 or 5 mm thick expanded polystyrene, laminated on both sides with 170-200 g/m2 coated cardboard with full-color printing.;
The packaging for the puzzle set is made in the form of:
- an individual box made of coated cardboard 250-320 g/m2 with full-color printing and post-printing processing
(VD varnish, lamination, UV varnish);
- individual box made of MGK laminated on the front side with coated cardboard 170-230 g/m2 with full-color printing and post-printing processing (VD varnish, lamination, UV varnish);
- individual box made of 1.25-2 mm thick binding cardboard laminated with 130-150 g/m2 coated paper with full-color printing and post-printing processing (VD varnish, lamination, UV varnish);
- polypropylene bag with Euro hook and advertising leaflet.
