Material used in the production of puzzles:
- base: 1.25-2.25 mm thick binding cardboard, laminated with 150-170 g/m2 coated paper with full-color printing and a special coating of luminous paint covering 15 to 40% of the image area;
Packaging for puzzle sets is manufactured in the form of:
- individual boxes made of coated cardboard 250-320 g/m2 with full-color printing and post-printing processing (varnish, lamination, UV varnish);
- individual boxes made of MGK laminated on the front side with coated cardboard 170-230 g/m2 with full-color printing and post-printing processing (VD varnish, lamination, UV varnish);
- individual box made of 1.25-2 mm thick binding cardboard laminated with 130-150 g/m² coated paper with full-color printing and post-printing processing (VD varnish, lamination, UV varnish).
